You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.

This event is upstairs (no elevator).

Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.

What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.
