Join us for a two-day meditation Retreat, for all practitioners, with visiting teacher Richard John.
So many new and senior students feel overwhelmed by the vast scope of Dharma teachings and practices available. Here is an opportunity to take to heart the famous slogan, "knowing one liberates all." With all the chaos in the world and busyness in our lives, it can be a relief to remember that we don't need to struggle with many different practices or teachings.
What truly matters is to find the simplest and most essential practices that penetrate us personally. This more intimate approach can bring authentic experience and inspiration. In this weekend we will practice and discuss the qualities and insights that make the dharma a delightful path, rather than a burdensome task.
This weekend retreat is for everyone -- new and senior -- who is committed to the path of meditation.
