Reach new depths of inner peace in this blend of yoga practices... explore the balance of Yin (passive) and Yang (active) postures. Then be gently guided into a meditative state to explore the senses, and allow yourself to slip into Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditative practice that has been found to be very effective for today’s busy world.
Zen describes a feeling of peace, oneness, and enlightenment. In a perfect world, there would be few external issues that demand our attention and shake our sense of calm. But chaos makes life interesting! Developing, restoring and maintaining a "Zen ability" to weather the storms of life is a valuable, life-affirming practice.

Your 90 minute experience will be fully guided, no yoga experience needed, just a desire to find comfort, stillness and deep peace throughout your entire being.
*Bring any items for personal comfort though you are welcome to access items from our prop closet as well.
Suzanne Kerr is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Suzanne has always loved helping people move through challenges & having wonderful “ah ha” moments of new understandings about themselves and everything around them through the many facets of yoga.
