Stroller Strength & Stretch
Tailored for postpartum and pregnant moms who can bring their children- caretakers are also welcome. Enjoy a 45 minute blend of cardio, toning exercises, and mind-body techniques—all low-impact and mom-friendly. This outdoor class allows you to connect with your child, build lasting relationships with other moms, and embrace the power of self-care and strength.
Cost $15 for parent/ caretaker-

Meet outside right before class on the loop between the hill and amphitheater. Turn right into the park, go past the Estero Rec towards the furthest parking lot.
Bring:
• Water
• Fitness mat
• Sun protection (hats, sunscreen, etc.)
• Strollers (plus snacks and any essentials for your children)
