A 4-Hour Journey of Deep Relaxation & Creative Transformation
Join abstract artist and yoga instructor Nika Zusin, represented by the State of the Arts Gallery in Downtown Sarasota, for a deeply nourishing and inspiring experience at Dharma Yoga Studio. This immersive workshop blends restorative yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, and Neurographica art to help you slow down, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your innate creative wisdom.
This unique offering is designed to restore the body, calm the nervous system, and open space for healing and self-expression through intuitive art.
Workshop Journey
Part 1: Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation & Sound Healing (90 minutes)
Settle into gentle, fully supported restorative poses that invite deep rest and nervous system reset. Through guided meditation, you’ll cultivate presence and set intentions for your creative journey ahead.
Sound Healing facilitated by Noelle Segal supports deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Part 2: Neurographica Art Workshop (2 hours)
Move into a meditative drawing practice that merges art, psychology, and neuroscience. Neurographica uses intuitive, flowing lines and shapes to help release stored emotions, clarify intentions, and form new neural pathways.
No art experience is needed—only curiosity and openness.
