Where Movement Becomes MedicineSoulwave is a 75 minute embodied movement journey guided by music,
breath, and energy. This is a no-spectator, come-as-you-are dance where
you are invited to move intuitively, release what you’re ready to let go of,
and welcome what’s ready to emerge.
Each Soulwave follows an intentional energetic arc inspired by the chakra
system—beginning with grounding, building into activation and
expression, opening the heart, and gently softening into integration. You’ll
receive light movement invitations throughout, with plenty of space to
listen inward and move in ways that feel supportive and true for your body.
This practice is held as a brave, safe, and supported space. There is no
choreography to follow and nothing to get right. All emotions are welcome.
You are encouraged to move, rest, pause, or simply breathe as needed. We
dance individually, together—creating a shared field of presence, release,
joy, and connection.
Soulwave is both fun and deeply transformative. It is a powerful way to
move energy, regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and support
manifestation and release through the wisdom of the body.
We close each gathering with a guided meditation and integration,
allowing the body and soul to receive and anchor the experience.
