Join Jean-Luc for a relaxing journey to shift out of old outmoded habits and inspire new patterns of desire. In this modern hypnosis experience, you will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness. You will be completely aware and present as this is an interactive group hypnosis session. You will learn tips to take into your daily life to support the shift that you decide to make during this class.This is not Circus entertainment hypnosis. You will not be unconscious. Using the Ericksonian hypnosis technique, you will be supported through subtle change and easy shifts into your new goals. Get ready to move out of what no longer serves you and into the changes you need to create balance in your life.
Tuning forks are used as a gentle vibrational support throughout the journey. Their precise frequencies help calm the nervous system, invite the brain into relaxed meditative states, and bring the body into a sense of harmony and ease. As the tones are introduced, they act like soft guideposts for the mind, helping awareness settle, deepen, and open to the experience of hypnosis or meditation.
About Jean-Luc:
Jean-Luc Casano was born in Provence, South of France. As a young boy he had an aversion to traditional medicine after witnessing illness in his family. His natural instinct was to tap into his body's innate ability for self healing. Tapping into his own breath and rhythm to create a sense of serenity, balance.
Jean-Luc found his connection to energy work as a teenager practicing Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art. He soon discovered this practice combined with self healing was compatible. He shared this with family members to help alleviate pain and discomfort.
In 2000, Jean-Luc's journey continued to Rome, Italy where he studied traditional Chinese Medicine. Once again learning more about chi & applying these principles daily. In 2010, Jean-Luc relocated to New York City to be with his wife Paula. This like minded couple created their own holistic life approach & began helping others.
Inspired to share his knowledge, Jean-Luc returned to school and received his certification in Reiki.
Currently Jean-Luc is an International Reiki Master & Teacher. His program expands from the U.S.A to Europe. Jean-Luc works with dialysis patients, autism, athletes and more. His most recent heartfelt program is helping Veterans with PTSD.
Jean-Luc also teaches Reiki 1, 2 and 3 at Wild Ginger!
