During your personalised 30-minute appointment, you'll begin with a one-to-one wellbeing consultation to identify your individual needs, whether that's improving sleep, reducing stress or creating more moments of calm in your day.
You will then enjoy a soothing hand and arm massage using NEOM's award-winning wellbeing products, carefully selected to support your wellbeing goals.Alongside your treatment, Gillie will introduce you to Reiki, a gentle wellbeing practice that promotes relaxation and supports emotional balance.
This introductory session offers a moment to pause, reconnect and experience the benefits of Reiki in a welcoming environment.
Following your appointment, you'll receive personalised wellbeing recommendations and have the opportunity to explore NEOM's award-winning range, helping you create meaningful self-care rituals at home.
