Restorative Yoga with Poetry by Jennifer Barone

Make time to experience a kind of slowing down that is rare in everyday life, where your body, mind, breath, and soul are invited to soften at once. From the very beginning, you’ll be immersed in live poetry by Jennifer Barone, offering moments of reflection and awe, softening the edges of the mind.

You will be guided through a thoughtful sequence of fully supported restorative yoga poses, each held for 10–15 minutes, allowing your body to release tension, realign posture, and gradually settle into ease.

Tuning forks are gently applied during select poses, offering soft vibrational frequencies that travel through the body and bring awareness to areas ready to release, deepening the restorative effect.

This class is an invitation to step out of urgency and into presence, to be supported without effort, and to reconnect with a slower, more nourishing rhythm that stays with you long after you leave.

About the host: Jennifer is a published poet, restorative yoga teacher, SoundBath, and Reiki practitioner who incorporates tuning forks to deepen and expand the experience of energetic healing.
