Restorative Yoga with Jessica Williams

This is a Restorative Yoga + Meditation class (or Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra class). There will be some stretching, movement, and some breath work to help relieve tension or tightness in the body and quiet the chatty mind. This will help prepare the participant for holding a meditative state for extended periods in either a sitting or supine poses (laying on floor). Light ambient music will help deepen the experience.
