"Dreamstate" Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

What is Dreamstate?

Dreamstate reiki-infused sound bath is a unique healing experience that combines the benefits of sound healing and reiki. During a sound bath, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These sounds can help you achieve a state of deep relaxation.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner's hands. It was introduced in the early 1900’s by Dr. Mikao Usui. It can help to balance the energy in your body, promote relaxation, and reduce stress and anxiety.

By combining these two powerful healing modalities, Dreamstate offers a truly transformative experience that can help you to connect with your inner self and achieve a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

What to Expect at Dreamstate

The Dreamstate experience takes place in a comfortable and relaxing environment at Jiaren Yoga Studio. You'll be lying down on a yoga mat while you rest and recharge. As the sound healing practitioner plays the singing bowls and other instruments, you'll feel the vibrations washing over you, creating a sense of calm and relaxation while using gentle hand placements to balance your energy and promote healing.

Throughout the session, you may feel a variety of sensations, including tingling, warmth, and a sense of floating or weightlessness. These are all normal and are signs that the sound bath and reiki are working to promote healing and relaxation. Oracle readings will be available for anyone who would like a message of the day at the end of the session.

When and Where to Experience Dreamstate

Dreamstate will be held at Jiaren Yoga Studio in Santa Clara, CA, starting May 14th. Sessions will be held bi-weekly on Sundays evenings at 7PM and will last for approximately 60min.

Lailani Africa is a singer songwriter, artist, certified sound healing & reiki practitioner. Creating music & art have always been a space for rest & restoration for her soul. It was a natural transition to incorporate the healing power of sound into her practice and share it with others. Through Flow State Sound Healing & Arts, she seamlessly blends music, art and sound for growth, self love and transformation. She provides 1:1 and group sound bath sessions, reiki and oracle readings.
