Private Yoga Class with Heather Ding!

About Heather:

Heather has been practicing yoga since her junior college days. She always wanted to be a yoga teacher, it took some years to be able to make this wish possible.

She “went for it” in 2019 and became a registered yoga teacher (RYS200). Receiving her certification from Almaden Yoga in San Jose, Ca. She studied under Anuja Chaudri and Nate Jones. She has completed the foundational certification for trauma informed yoga under Collective Resilience. She is continuing to work on receiving the intermediate certification in the fall of 2021. She has worked with The Art of Yoga Project that teaches yoga to marginalized youth. She would like to use this education with those that have been deeply wounded to find healing. She has logged in over 30 volunteer hours and has been named volunteer of the year 2020 with San Jose Library/Edenvale Branch.

Heather also received her laughter yoga certification, with this she hopes to bring laughter to those who need it.

Her passion is to help students find their breath while moving their bodies. Her caring and gentle spirit will guide you into the poses, at your own level. Will never push you, unless you are ready. She will leave you with a sense of relaxation & release. She hopes to bring you closer to loving who you are, just as you are!

As a teacher, she is here to serve YOU in the journey of healing.
