Relax in a calming combination of gentle and restorative yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. This workshop is focused on releasing deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. Lightly layered sound healing through out the practice will help you clear energetic blockages and facilitate healing on a physical and mental level.In this workshop you will:

- Guided Meditation + Pranayama
No prior yoga experience necessary. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self-care!

Erin Schuster has over 1000HR in Trainings and has been teaching Kripalu yoga and meditation since 2012. She offers wellness workshops, corporate + teen yoga programs, and retreats.
