Give yourself the space to pause, listen and become clear on your vision as we start this new year. Release what you need to let go of through relaxing yoga to make space for your intention and creation of your own vision board. In this beginners friendly event, you will experience:
-Vision Board Creation (all materials provided)
-Crystal Meditation (crystal gift provided)
-Gentle Kripalu Yoga
-Relaxing breathing techniques

You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.
Erin Schuster has over 1000HR in Trainings and has been teaching Kripalu yoga and meditation since 2012. She offers wellness workshops, corporate + teen yoga programs, and retreats. It is Erin’s mission to offer transformative experiences in a supportive environment that inspires connection, compassion, and joy. Erin has a deep love for horseback riding, her growing family, and her dachshund Cusco.
