Take time to slow down, unwind, and return home to yourself. Join us for a soothing evening of Gentle Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra, the ancient practice of “yogic sleep.” In this workshop you will:
🌿 Move through gentle, mindful yoga sequences designed to release tension, increase mobility, and calm the nervous system.
🌙 Experience a guided Yoga Nidra meditation that invites deep relaxation and helps restore balance in body and mind.

Petra, the owner of CENTER Yoga, is E-RYT500, YACEP, and she grants regular yoga practice with being able to quiet her autoimmune system into long term remission. Her teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility. Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of yoga.
