Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound Bath

Welcome to our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath event! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that combines gentle yoga poses with soothing sound vibrations. This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress after a long week.

Our event will take place on Fri Sep 27 2024 from 7.45 to 9.45pm at the Belarmine Community Centre. Come ready to relax, breathe, and let go. Mary will guide you through restorative yoga poses designed to help you release physical and mental tension.

After the yoga session, Aileen and Mary will guide you through a Sound Bath experience, where you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound instruments such as drums, tibetan and crystal singing bowls and gongs. This sonic journey along with Reiki and aromatherapy oils will help you relax even deeper and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
