Gentle and therapeutic yoga postures, renowned for their calming and healing effects, will prepare your mind and body for stillness. Through conscious breathing and guided mindfulness techniques, you'll begin to soften and let go. You'll embark on an inward journey, releasing physical tension as your body melts over pillows, blocks, and blankets layered with sacred sound, including the holistic benefits of 432 Hz frequency. Expect to feel more grounded, centered in daily life, and improve your sleep quality.
Meet Your Teacher:
Belinda O'Dea is a highly experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Women's Circle Facilitator Trainer, and International Women's Retreat Leader. With 27 years of yoga practice and teaching since 2012, Belinda is devoted to nurturing spiritual growth, transformation, and holistic well-being that is accessible to everybody.
Certified in Hatha, Mantra, Nada, Tantra, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, Belinda specialises in Restorative Yoga, Mantra Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sacred Women’s Circles. Her teachings emphasise stillness, rest, healing, and tuning into inner wisdom without distraction.
As a trainee Gestalt Therapist, Belinda blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to align body, mind, and heart by cultivating present-moment awareness. Joining her classes and events offers a nourishing journey of self-knowledge held in the sanctuary of Belinda's gentle wisdom and loving presence.
