Join us for a deeply relaxing experience that combines the benefits of Restorative Yoga with Sound Meditation. Sink into gentle and restorative yoga postures where props and pillows provide support and release tension from your body. Enjoy longer holds and minimal transitions between forms inviting stillness and ease of being. Melodic waves from crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over you for an ultimate restful experience. Nicole will guide you through a gentle and restful practice weaving breathwork, meditation, and self compassion mindfully into the experience.
