Embark on an epic sound bath voyage with Nicole through the vast & timeless states of consciousness inspired by the ancient Upanishad texts. Explore the endless depths of your being with over 3 hours of sound on this magical evening. Let the world melt away, lulled into meditative slumber by the songs of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, drums, vocal toning & other special instruments. Sink deeper into the experience with every exhale in the extended playtime, rocked by the gentle waves of sound and carried away in pure vibration in this one of a kind mini retreat! Breakfast & Integration
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Please arrive early to get settled in for the evening, create a comfortable space, and socialize. You are welcome to leave early if you prefer not to stay overnight. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast available from 7:00-9:00 am the next morning & integrate your journey. This has often been considered one of the favorite parts of the experience! Gluten free, dairy free, & vegan options available. Attend a bonus yoga class Sunday morning on us if you would like!
