Use the code "10OFF" if you register before February 7th!Experience a blend of drumming, sound healing, and therapy with licensed therapist Camie Harvey. We will be combining music, movement, and mindfulness in order to relieve stress and to create a deeper connection with yourself, and with others.
All of the instruments are provided and no experience is necessary! The drumming will be easily accessible, engaging, meaningful, and fun!
Talk therapy can get a person only so far. We store stress in our bodies and we need to use our bodies in order to release stress. These events give you a chance to get out of your head and into your body.
The event ends with a sound bath which is a wonderful opportunity to fully integrate the experience that you just had with the drumming. It gives you a moment to go inward and to be still within yourself.
Overall, it's a healing experience that can enrich your life!
This event is packed full of things that you have never done in a drum circle before!
The cost is $39 for the two hours if you register before February 7th. Use the code "10OFF." Otherwise the cost is $49 which is the same price as a group counseling session.
The venue is the beautiful Yoga Wellness Connection at 451 River Pkwy, Idaho Falls.
Camie Harvey, LCSW, CST, uses her experience and expertise as a licensed therapist, certified sex therapist, somatic EMDR practitioner, trained drum circle facilitator, and certified sound healer to help people to rediscover their inner strength and reconnect with their bodies in order to create a more fulfilling life.
