Join us for a deeply relaxing restorative yoga and hypnotherapy healing evening, making time to stretch and relax your physical body and nourish your emotional body, giving you the best night's sleep.

6.30 - 7.30pm Restorative Yoga with Pauline
Start your evening with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
7.30pm - 7.45pm Herbal tea and homemade treats
Indulge your taste buds, stimulating a sense of pleasure and comfort.
7.45pm - 8.30pm Hypnotherapy with Danniella Patricia
In this workshop Danniella will be guiding you through a relaxing hypnotherapy session lasting around 20 minutes. Please note; you do not go to sleep nor do you lose control of your own thoughts and actions in the process. It is completely safe and is scientifically backed.
This session will be in a group setting and based on stress and anxiety and how to manage the symptoms.
Within the session you will discover how to relax your entire body and mind. You will learn what true relaxation is, taking these skills forward in your life.
Questions and feedback are welcome after the hypnotherapy session has ended
More about Danniella Patricia:
Hello, my name is Danniella Patricia, I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and I specialise in pain management, helping people manage their pain symptoms without medication.
I have a previous working background as a Senior Dental Nurse for almost 7 years which I really enjoyed but found it wasn’t fulfilling enough. I then decided to work with Mind, the largest mental health charity in the UK, working as a Support Worker facilitating groups with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills. This is what lead me to build my own Business in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I wanted to continue helping people in a positive way.
My goal is to help as many pain sufferers as I can to live their lives to their fullest potential with less hold backs from their physical pain.
Qualifications and therapies:
Danniella Patricia is a Level 5 certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. Danniella helps people make changes to their lives, break habits, create new ones and achieve their goals by using the power of their mind.
Hypnotherapy is used to treat mental and physical health conditions such as stress and anxiety, physical pain, phobias, behaviour control, reverse habits and much more.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a psychological therapy which uses hypnosis combined with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) it also involves guided meditation, mindfulness, mental imagery, suggestion and verbal repetition to help with focus, concentration and relaxation
