Join Hannah, founder of A Fine Balance, for a day retreat to find balance at Paus in Cambridge. Only 50 minutes drive from Dunmow and 1 hour 5 minutes from Upminster. The day will begin with our welcome circle and yogic practices to tune into our intentions for the year ahead. The morning will focus on connecting to your wise heart-centred self to tune into what actions you need to take to find more balance and peace in 2025.
This will be followed by a stroll around the wonderful Paus grounds to experience the barefoot sensory walk to ground and connect with nature.
We will then enjoy a nourishing 3-course vegetarian lunch at the Hilltop Bistro restaurant.
Our day concludes with three wonderful hours to relax on the Hilltop Bathing area with a complimentary drink. You can bathe in the wood-fired hot tubs, enjoy the Finnish barrel saunas and take a dip in the cold pools.
You will leave feeling a sense of balance and connection to yourself, nature and new friends.
The retreat day is suitable for everyone from beginners to regular practitioners.
