Start your week with deep relaxation and healing through Restorative Yin Yoga and SoundBath. This unique class blends the long-held, passive stretches of Yin Yoga with the gentle support and nervous system reset of Restorative Yoga. The experience is enhanced with assisted releasing, Reiki, and a closing SoundBath to relax both body and mind.
Restorative Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues like fascia, encouraging flexibility, mobility, and a deep sense of calm. Using props for full support, we move through 3–6 poses in a session, holding each for 5–20 minutes to cultivate stillness and inner awareness.
This class is beginner-friendly and welcomes all levels. Students are encouraged to honor their range of motion and individual strength. Benefits include enhanced mobility in the hips and spine, improved flexibility, and support for your other physical or wellness practices.
