Restorative Sound Bath

Come as you are for a nourishing sound bath, this calming practice will help us to release negative, stagnant energy and allows us to feel a sense of deep rest and peace.

We will be working with shamanic instruments and crystal singing bowls each linked to a chakra, helping us to balance any block energy within our chakras. The memorising sound of the singing bowls allows us to drift into a deep meditative and dreamlike state.

How sound healing works?

The frequency of the sound waves help to bring us from alpha and beta brain waves into theta waves where subconscious healing can take place and to facilitate emotional release to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.

Please wear your most comfy clothing to allow you to most deeply relax into and bring a bottle of water if needed.

We kindly ask you to aim to arrive 5 minutes before we start the class as you won’t be able to enter once the class has begun.

️Unfortunately, although sound healing is a gentle practice. It is not catered for those with epilepsy, in their first trimester of pregnancies, with pacemakers or metal plates, who have had recent surgery or with serve mental health issues.We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause
