Restorative Aerial + Aerial SoundbathWith the weight of the body supported in a soft hammock at low floor level, Aerial Yoga helps for deeper stretches and greater flexibility, fully supported and holding gentle poses for longer – with ease, and because it’s so restful it leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Restorative Aerial also uses props like a bolster, blankets and blocks to support you even more fully.
This session will be split 50/50 with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other healing instruments with gentle breathwork techniques to guide you into deep relaxation. The vibrations and frequencies work to release tension, calm the mind, and enhance emotional well-being while your body is supported in the fabric cocoon.
We have limited places, one person per hammock, so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Weight limit is 13st (85kg)
