Thursdays, May 7th - 28th at 170 Bird Sanctuary Drive - Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary from 7:15 - 8:30 pmWhile this is a restorative class we will include breathing techniques for focus and relaxation as well as body tapping with dowels.

Yoga therapy is trauma informed and is accessible for all levels.

Classes are in person or online (Zoom) and each class is recorded and emailed out after the class. So you will never miss a session and can practice throughout the series on your own.
