Seal & Heal the Leaks is a 2 1/2 - day immersive retreat for women who feel depleted, overextended, or disconnected from themselves — even after years of personal or spiritual work.
This retreat is designed to gently support you in identifying and healing the places where your energy has been leaking — emotionally, energetically, and relationally. Not through force or fixing, but through presence, compassion, and grounded truth.
Over the weekend, you’ll be guided through Neutral, my signature healing process, and taught Find Your Spot — a simple, embodied practice that helps you return to your center when life feels overwhelming or pulls you away from yourself. This is a tool you can take with you and continue to use long after the retreat ends.
Together, we’ll focus on nervous system regulation, energetic boundaries, and feminine embodiment. The weekend will include guided healing practices, gentle movement, reflection, and spacious time to integrate.
Over the weekend, you’ll be guided through a sacred labyrinth journey with Holly Carnegie, and receive a personalized essential oil, intuitively selected and blessed by Heather Clark. To close the experience, Janice Langford will be playing crystal singing bowls, bringing you into a deeply restorative space of harmony, balance, and integration.
You’ll be nourished with dinner on Friday evening before our opening circle, and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. Just as importantly, you’ll be held in a supportive, respectful space alongside like-minded women who understand what it means to give deeply — and are ready to restore themselves.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you are when you’re no longer depleted.
