Join us for a transformative Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop on 27th October, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, where we'll honor the transition of the seasons by turning inward and finding stillness.
✨ 1 Hour of Blissful Yin Yoga – A grounding practice with long-held, meditative postures that allow you to deeply release tension in the fascia and connective tissues. As we pause in each pose, the body relaxes, inviting space for introspection and deep healing.
✨ 45 Minutes of Yoga Nidra – A guided meditative practice known as 'yogic sleep,' where you'll be guided into a state of conscious relaxation. This is your time to rest, reset, and experience profound inner calm as you align with the energies of the season.
🌿 What to bring: Soft blankets and pillows for added comfort as we sink into stillness and surrender. Wear cozy, layered clothing to stay warm throughout the practice.
