About this Event
Rest Ritual is an ongoing sound healing series inspiring community rest and self reflection. A world of new possibilities (and deeper sleep) opens up to us when we return to restorative practices that expand our capacity to navigate life's challenging moments.
Inspired by the abundant wisdom of nature, Jamie intuitively guides you on a restorative sound journey to a realm of deep rest. Her calming voice and ethereal singing, enhanced by the vibrational tones of crystal bowls, chimes, harmonium and oceanic sounds, creates a healing resonance that encourages a shift in the body, mind and spirit.
As you rest in blankets and pillows, you are guided through a heart opening meditation where we will place an intention deep within the subconscious mind, a space where change and new beginnings take shape. Then, healing sounds will fill the room to soothe and harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level. This rejuvinating experience will help you release into a night of deep sleep.
Location - The Peoples Yoga NE (Killingsworth)
* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on and material to cover your eyes with. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
