The perfect opportunity to connect inwards, let go of stress and ease the deeper layers of tension that can reside in our bodies and minds.A restorative combination of Yin yoga and guided meditation, followed by a 45 minute crystal sound healing session by professional sound therapist Zoe, this retreat will help you let go of the stresses of the week, leaving you feeling more grounded, calm and centred.
✨Melt away stress and be carried into a blissful state of relaxation with my special 20 minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation (everything will be lying down).
✨Release muscular tension and stimulate energy flow via gentle, floor-based Yin Yoga stretches (suitable for all abilities).
✨Lie back and receive a transformative sound healing journey, guided by experienced therapist Zoe Smith @zoes.zen.
