Restorative Yoga for Deep Relaxation
A monthly restorative yoga evening to pause, soften, and deeply rest.
This is a calm, supportive space to step away from constant doing, rushing, holding everything together, and simply allow yourself to slow down for a while.
Using bolsters, blankets, and fully supported restorative yoga postures, you’ll be gently guided through a deeply restful practice designed to help release tension, settle the nervous system, and create space to properly unwind.
This is not a typical yoga class.
There’s no pressure to stretch deeply, keep up, or achieve anything.
Instead, the focus is on comfort, support, stillness, and rest.
✨ Expect:
• deeply supported restorative yoga postures
• grounding breathwork and guided relaxation
• a quiet, unhurried atmosphere
• nervous system support and deep rest
• space to soften physical and emotional tension
This class may feel especially supportive if you are:
• feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally full
• carrying stress, anxiety, fatigue, or physical tension
• struggling to switch off and properly rest
• craving stillness, comfort, and reconnection
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Also suitable for pregnancy (from 12 weeks onwards) and postnatal recovery for those able to step away for some dedicated rest.
All props are provided. You’re very welcome to bring anything additional that helps you feel cosy and comfortable.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the class spacious and restful
