A day to feel and move with the body through the 5Rhythms' Heartbeat map with Teacher Neil Pinnock
Emotions want to be in motion. As Gabrielle Roth said;
'Feelings are elemental forces in our life energy. They need to flow freely for us to be truly present.'
When the emotional body is stuck, frozen or we are closed down to feeling, then we are unable to experience the fullness of the landscape of the heart.
