About this Event

Rest & Reconnect in Nature

Step away from the noise and return to something softer, quieter and deeply familiar - your inner nature.

This fully guided nature based session is a gentle invitation to slow down, rest and reconnect to the wholeness of who you are.

Set within the lushful grounds of the Singapore Botantic Gardens, this experience offers a slower, more intentional way of being with yourself while nourishing our sense of belonging as we supported by the natural world around us.

Through simple, guided practices such as sensory awareness, quiet observation, and deep rest, you will be guided to soften your body and mind, reconnecting with both the natural world and your inner landscape.

In this space, nature and the act of rest becomes a pathway to a quieter sense of connection, presence, and belonging.

This session may resonate with you if you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a quieter moment to slow down and recharge.

No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to pause, be present, and allow the practice to meet you where you are.

Gentle disclaimer: Offerings are offered as a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or mental health care, diagnosis or treatment.

About the Facilitator

Felicia is a holistic wellness practitioner and founder of The Phoenix Grounds.

Her work centres on supporting individuals with deep rest, soul remembrance, and quiet expansion through gentle stillness based practices that weave together meditation, yoga, immersion with nature and holistic modalities such as Reiki and sound healing.

Inspired by her lived experiences and inner life journey, she is guided by a quiet, persistent call towards helping others rest, reconnect, and rediscover a sense of wholeness. She believes that Stillness is the pathway to a beautiful life and it all begins with embracing true rest.

Fun fact: She has a professional background in wildlife & nature conservation, though no longer active in this field, she still believes in the restorative energy of nature.
