In this three-part workshop, we’ll make rest simple, help you reset your nervous system, and show you how to start feeling better—without working harder.
Rest isn’t an indulgence, it’s the reset your body and mind need to start feeling like yourself again. Whether you're feeling drained, stuck, or just tired of always being "on," this series is for you.
What to Expect
- Nervous System 101: Understand how your nervous system works and how stress shows up in your body.
- The Power of Rest: Rest isn’t about doing nothing—it’s about doing less of what doesn’t matter and creating space to reconnect with yourself. Learn how rest can become a way of life.
- Pocket Practices: Learn simple in-the-moment tools to manage stress and anxiety.
- Restorative Practices: Experience relaxing yin, restorative, and yoga nidra practices.
- Reflection and Integration: Explore how societal beliefs about rest affect you and set meaningful intentions to support your journey ahead.

- Session 1: Unlearning Hustle Culture
Let go of beliefs like "rest is lazy" or "I don’t deserve to rest." Learn how to break free from the grind and let rest be a part of your real strength.
- Session 2: Know Your Nervous System
Discover your personal stress patterns and learn simple tools to self-regulate.
- Session 3: Rest for Resilience
Learn how to weave rest into your daily life to build lasting resilience. You'll leave with a personalized sustainability plan to support your unique needs.
About Your Guide
I’m Nicole Griffin, a board-certified health and wellness coach and restorative yoga teacher. After burning out from my high-pressure career (MBA and former overachiever here), I had to completely restructure my life. I learned the power of rest, healing, and recalibration firsthand—and now, I teach others to do the same. With experience as a behavioral health coach at companies like Calm, Optum, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I guide people to create real, lasting change. What I’ve seen in my own journey—and with my clients—is that true transformation starts when we give ourselves permission to slow down and learn to rest.

Registrations for workshops and events can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours ahead of time or applied to future instances of the same event, where applicable.
