Meet your coach and the human behind the Ditch Your Doubts Method: Kerstin Phillips (she/her), The Boundaries Coach and Founder of Love & Live Wellness helps women and nonbinary folks with ADHD set boundaries, prioritize, and conquer all the things that make it difficult to adult. When not journaling or coaching clients, you'll find Kerstin curled up with a good M**der mystery or hiking up in Tilden with her family.
