Build practical AI governance tools, including policy, risk assessments, oversight, incident procedures, and a board-ready briefing.
About this Event
AI governance is more than having a policy. Your organisation needs clear responsibilities, risk controls, oversight, and a process for what happens when things change. Many organisations know they have gaps in their AI governance but are unsure where to start or what documents they actually need. This practical sprint gives governance, risk, privacy, and operations leaders a structured way to build the core governance instruments around their organisation's real AI use.Across two sessions one week apart, you will draft practical governance documents, test them against your organisational context, and refine them with input from peers working through similar challenges.
Who this is forThis sprint is designed for:
What we will do together
What you will take home
Good to knowThis is a practical, small-cohort professional development sprint delivered across two half-day sessions one week apart, giving you time to test and refine your drafts between sessions. Please bring your laptop and be prepared to work with your organisation's AI governance context at a non-confidential level. The sprint is not legal advice, an audit, or a conformity assessment, and does not certify your organisation against any standard.
