In this workshop series we’ll be exploring vocal toning, an ancient practice of resonance and healing. Meant for all ages, expressions, and levels of experience levels- you are welcome to join!
What you can expect:
A calm group setting where we drop into a guided meditation. After we will learn about the voice as an “elevator”- then off we go! As a group we will create a unique toning experience and find our “soul song”!
What to bring:
Warm clothes, a blanket or yoga mat, a cushion if desired! Anything to make yourself more comfortable. If you’d like to take notes you are more than welcome!
This class is offered by donation, with all proceeds going towards my gender affirming care! Pay what you can, take this knowledge to share 🙏🏻✨
About the Instructor:
Ruby is a Columbus local with over 15 years experience in singing! Their passion is energy work and music- blending them together to bring a feeling of peace and belonging to the community.
