Opened Heart: Sound Bath & Somatic Restoration

Join us for a monthly series combining three deeply healing modalities - somatic restoration, reiki, and sound bath.

Reiki Master Teacher and UZIT-trained RYT-500 instructor Barbara Ellen Held will lead 90 minutes of guided rest and relaxation, accompanied by musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.

Somatic restoration is a gentle practice, emphasizing fully supported supine poses to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and send the body into a state of deep rest. Barbara will provide hands-on reiki energy work throughout and offer essential oil pairings with poses to deepen the experience.

Bring your yoga mat and as many recommended props as you can! There are a limited number of mats and props at the studio.

• 2 bolsters or pillows
• 3-4 blankets
• 2 yoga blocks
• Bonus: sandbag or meditation cushion

No yoga experience necessary - all are welcome!
