I’m looking forward to connecting with you, as we welcome the winter months and all that brings with slowing down and introspection.Join me, Julie-Ann, from Resonant Sound Healing for a 90 minute experience of guided meditation and Sound Bath, designed to immerse us in the landscapes of our consciousness. This is an invitation to experience deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, and cultivate a heightened sense of well-being.
No prior experience is required; the sound bath embraces individuals of all backgrounds and familiarity levels with meditation or sound therapy. Come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the transformative power of sound.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga, blanket and bolster. For extra comfort and relaxation bring an eye mask.
