A collaborative offering by Verve Festival and Healing Sound System, this session is a slow, intentional journey into rest, awareness, and the heart space.The practice begins with a cacao ceremony, creating a gentle opening for reflection and connection. You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra and visualisation with Keri Perkins, supporting deep relaxation and inward listening.Followed by a sound meditation with special guest Tallulah Rendall 'voice of an angel' Latitude Festival, offering a truly immersive experience, combining the unique quality of her voice with the sonic vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and resonance instruments. Within this sonic space, participants are gently introduced to the Metta (loving-kindness) practice and soft vocal explorations designed to soothe, regulate, and restore the nervous system, guiding the body into deep relaxation and a meditative state.A truly unique collaboration — sound, ceremony, and stillness in harmony
