Winter Solstice Cacao & Sound Journey
Join us in Woonona for an evening of ceremony, sound, and deep rest - a sacred pause at the darkest turning point of the year.
The winter solstice has been honoured across cultures for thousands of years as a time to turn inward. To slow down, shed what no longer serves, and return to stillness. It is the longest night - a checkpoint, and an invitation to rest deeply, dream, and reconnect with what matters before the light begins to return.
Let ceremonial cacao and sound frequencies bring you back to Harmonic Resonance.
We'll hold that intention at the heart of this evening.
What to expect
Doors open at 6:30 pm for a 6:45 start. You'll be welcomed into a warm space with rugs, cushions, and soft lighting - a cosy and relaxed sanctuary away from the cold.
We begin with a guided cacao ceremony using ethically and organically sourced Ecuadorian Ceremonial Cacao. Years of study and travel through South and Central America inform how we work with this plant. It is prepared with intention, and it helps open the heart to help you connect deeper to yourself and others.
Emma will lead you through the ceremony - dropping in together, setting a personal intention, and preparing you for the journey ahead.
From there, we move seamlessly into a 75-minute live sound journey.
Troy is a music producer who has spent years deep-diving into frequency healing and the science of sound as medicine. His compositions are built from the ground up - layering custom-produced earth frequencies and natural resonances as the foundation, then weaving live instruments, voice, and loopstation across the top. The result is something you feel as much as you hear.
The soundscape is rooted in Codex harmonic philosophy - a framework in which each tone carries geometric and vibrational intention, designed to guide the nervous system into coherence with natural rhythms. This isn't background music. It's a structured inward journey, built to move you through layers of feeling, stillness, and return.
Expect to go somewhere. Expect to feel.
We close with a gentle integration: light snacks, soft conversations and connection with like-minded humans, and space to land back in your body before heading out into the winter night. The evening wraps up between 8:30 and 9:00pm.
What to bring:
- A blanket
- A pillow (optional)
- A journal if you like
- An open heart and willingness drop in
We welcome you, just as you are, no need to perform or have had similar experiences. Simply allow yourself to receive.
We're looking forward to meeting you and connecting ✨
