You'll be welcomed into a space where soft lighting, soft rugs, and a warm atmosphere invite you to fully unwind.

​We begin with a guided ceremonial cacao experience featuring KIN's ethically sourced ceremonial cacao. Prepared with intention, cacao has been honoured for generations as a sacred plant medicine that gently opens the heart, encourages presence, and supports deeper connection with yourself and those around you.

​You'll then be guided into a live frequency journey by Troy, who is a music producer who has spent years deep-diving into frequency healing and the science of sound as medicine. The soundscape is rooted in Codex harmonic philosophy - a framework in which each tone carries geometric and vibrational intention, designed to guide the nervous system into coherence with natural rhythms. A structured inward journey, built to move you through layers of feeling, stillness, and return.

​We close with a gentle integration: light snacks, soft conversations and connection with like-minded humans, and space to land back in your body before heading out into the winter night. The ceremony wraps up between 5:00 and 5:30pm, with an option to stay and connect.
