RESONANCE is a biweekly immersive wellness experience by House of Freakquencies, bringing people together through intentional connection, movement, music, and presence.
This week, we’re excited to welcome our featured guest facilitator, Divine Rose, for Ecstatic Yoga: A fun, playful yoga flow designed to awaken the body and open the heart.
The evening will also include an intentional Connection Workshop, a curated musical dance journey with Jkali, and a deeply restorative Sound Healing with Niko and Cristina.
We have a yummy non-alcohlic elixer menu as well!
