Exciting times for me, I'm moving in door's 🏠 , starting on February 25th Reset your mindset 6 week course will be happening at & WURK office space Brighouse. Why? , because its cold wet and windy outside, I've only used wild locations so far and intend to do so after spring arrives , but till then we'll be grateful for the dry warmth, its time to evolve in 2026.
Why 'Reset your mindset' it does what it says on the tin..... Natter in Nature doesn't sound the same inside.
Over the six weeks we will fill up your tool box for you to rebuild your emotional resilience , each week you will leave with practises and strategies to gain peace , calm and healthy boundaries.
You may wish to bring a mat or blanket as we may sit on the floor or lay as we use use different techniques.
Limited refreshment's available.
