Celebrate Mother’s Day with a creative and relaxing fused glass workshop, perfect to enjoy together or to make a truly special handmade gift.
In this session, you will design and create a beautiful floral fused glass curve, inspired by wildflower meadows and organic botanical forms. Using coloured glass, frits, and stringers, you’ll create a delicate floral design on clear glass, learning how colour, texture, and layering work in kiln-formed glass.
You’ll be guided step by step through the process, from designing your floral composition to cutting and arranging glass safely and confidently. No previous glass experience is required – this workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some experience alike.
Once completed, your piece will be kiln fired and slumped into a gentle curved form, making it ideal as a freestanding artwork, candle screen, or decorative centrepiece. Finished pieces will be ready for collection after firing.
A thoughtful, hands-on way to celebrate Mother’s Day, slow down, and create something lasting and meaningful.

🌼 What’s Included
A hands-on, creative workshop with guidance – suitable for complete beginners.
One personalised fused glass floral panel (approx. 9cm tall x 16cm wide) included in your ticket price.
All materials and tools provided.
Your panel will be fired in the kiln and ready for collection within one week.
Not able to collect? Delivery can be arranged on the day for £5.
Maximum of 12 students per session.
Participants must be 10+ years old and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
