Join us for RESET, an outdoor yoga and sound journey designed to help you release, reconnect, and return to center. Guided by Kat Shuler, Founder of the Community Alliance for Psychedelics and Spirituality (CAPS), this immersive experience weaves together gentle movement, breath, and sound to support nervous system regulation and inner clarity.

Together, we’ll move through a grounding yoga flow before settling into a restorative sound journey, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet. Surrounded by nature and community, this practice invites you to reset your energy and reconnect with what matters most.

This is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and share in a collective moment of presence and renewal.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors.
