  • Breath Practices - Calm your nervous system with slow, rhythmic breathing. Learn to purify your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and embrace stillness.
  • 70-min Sound Journey - Allow yourself to deeply relax as harmonious sounds of crystal bowls and nature gently bring you into a state of tranquility.


What to Bring

Bring cozy socks as you will leave shoes in the foyer. Sound bath mats, pillows, blankets will be provided. $35 admission. Reserve your tickets prior to arrival. Tickets can be purchased @ IHLSelf webpage to avoid EB fees.
