The Centered Cup is a sacred midweek reset. Each Wednesday, we gather in intentional community to breathe, reflect, and journal through what’s rising.
Led by growth strategist and coach , this guided experience offers themed journaling prompts, breathwork, and grounding practices to help you reconnect with your center and move through your week with clarity and intention. Come as you are. No journaling experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and listen inward.
