This is a 60 minute- all levels class yoga flow; beginners are welcome!
After a peaceful and de-stressing yoga session, you are perfectly situated to hang upstairs and sip on house roasted coffee! Enjoy, mingle, and start your day- ready to go with a clear and focused mind!
$15 Ticket includes: One hour yoga experience, house roasted coffee, and time with a supportive community! (Included for Habitual Roots Monthly Members)
How to find us: 1217 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205 at 7:00 am. We will be upstairs.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. If you have never been to any of Habitual Roots' events, please consider registering yourself in the system to allow a quicker check in process.
