Reset with Reiki and EFT in the Salt Room

Join certified Reiki Master Felicia Holden for a “Reset with Reiki and EFT Tapping” Event in the Himalayan Salt Room focused on anxiety and stress. Reiki combined with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) are methods of healing that complement one another and provide a more holistic approach to healing and well-being.

During this event, Felicia will begin by describing and demonstrating how to practice tapping. EFT is a simple yet effective technique that involves tapping various meridian points on your body with your hands while speaking affirmations. Tapping can be used to address a wide range of physical and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, stress.She will walk you through a tapping session with affirmations to release anxiety and stress. She will then have you rest on your mats while she guides you through a relaxing meditation. While the medicinal salt flows through the Himalayan salt room, she will approach each person individually and share Reiki energy. Afterwards, you will be offered a warm cup of calming tea.
